This Cessna 182 top skin is manufactured from Stainless steel and comes with a pulled through stainless lip to attach to the 0750288-1AWL top attach flange. It is strongly suggested that if the airbox has multiple cracks in multiple pannels that the airbox be replaced with a new Airbox assembly. This skin lacks formed edges to meet the requirements of Cessna SL67-31 and SK182-42. It is only intended to repair airboxes that have good side pannels that are unable to accept 0750144-28AWL skin. It is intended for use with 0750133-1 and 0750133-18 Airboxes only.
This Skin is designed to replace older skins part number 0750133-4, 0750133-20 on the following aircraft:
Cessna 182 Serial numbers 33000 thru 34999
Cessna 182 Serial numbers 51001 thru 51556
This part is not intended to be installed on the 0750144-XX part numbered airboxes on tricycle gear aircraft. For those aircraft use 0750144-28AWL skin.
