Acorn Welding has been keeping the old girls flying like new for many years. We are the largest source of Radial Exhaust for aircraft in the world. From the Canadian Classics like the deHavilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver, DHC-3 Otter, and the Noorduyn Norseman to the Legendary Lockheed L-1049 Super Constellation and Curtiss C-46 Commando, exhaust build by Acorn Welding's Vintage Aircraft Division produces enough exhaust to equip 70 Aircraft annually with new exhaust. We have engines, patterns, templates, and tooling for more than 30 different engine models and we are constantly add more.
In addition to exhaust, we duplicate, replicate, and reverse engineer other components such as oil tanks, engine mounts, shrouding, shielding, seating, and structure. With your imagination, vision, and our dedicated craftsmen we can bring your dream project back to life and back in the air.
